I used to hate Slipknot for ages but now I have their albums. Limp Bizkit, Iron Maiden, In Flames, Linkin Park are other notable ones I used to hate. I got into Iron Maiden on a pretty odd album so it took me some time to really listen to their classic stuff and enjoy it. Which album? I think I finally got into Maiden off the Killers album. |

It's just not the usual entry point for someone lol. |

I always thought nightwish was kind of cool but didn’t listen to them a lot due to how sensitive I used to be  (sometimes they are a little dark xD) Now they are….like my favourite band ever and help me cope with anxiety. I listen to them pretty much everyday. I also have some interest in other metal stuff now too although I still mostly listen to nightwish and only listened to one song by Metallica so far tonight (enter the sandman. I like that song, by the way. :3 it’s about dreams xD) |

Pink Floyd. They sounded boring to me a first, except “Another Brick In The Wall.” When I’ve first saw this online, it really got me into liking to this band: youtu.be/UI4-r8Vx8qMIn Flames, till I’ve got to hear people saying how good their older stuff is. Their newer stuff never interested me. Mastodon All I can think of right now. |
